Freshwater live stock has a 3 day guarantee in which we will happily exchange or do a full refund if product is unopened as well as a water test in order to ensure that the fish's' environment had no ill effects on its health

Saltwater live stock has no return policy as we ensure the fish you receive is of the upmost quality in regards to health and longevity, however we acknowledge that sometimes hiccups happen so we are here to help you in any way we can!
